| Biography | I have always been interested in art from a wee boy.From the early years i was looking for something to bring it all together .I think it was a "eureka" moment when i saw a painting by pop artist " Roy Lichtenstein" from that moment i had my focused.I am also heavy infulenced by my favorite art "Dali" who is to me a genuis (which is banded around too freely these days.),
I studied Computer Graphic Art at Lewisham College and came out with a Btec Nat. And the rest as there say is history. |

The honoary Chair. Jerry Hall and Tottenham Football club held the charity event at White Hart Lane.I submitted a painting of "Robbie Keane" which was specifically painted for this event.The painting didn't win but was auctioned on-line and was bidded for £307.00 for the Kith & Kids Charity.

The competition was held at the Royal College of Art In Kensington Gore.
Did not win but painting is and still is on a world wide exhibtion to Publicise Cancer.

Featuring three different artists, ‘Music speaks’ is an exhibition that announces the first collaboration between Bar Vinyl and Vinyl Rulz in the heart of Camden.
The exhibition has naturally come to life since the venue, Bar Vinyl has a history as a special music venue having nurtured many DJs, musicians and other people in the music industry, which certainly has owed much to the area of Camden in which it is based. Three visual artists from three different backgrounds showcase their own tributes to the music they love, which will invite the viewers to feel its spirit.
A British born Jamaican/Chinese painter Edwin Barrington Lue-Shing plays with colour which captures the moment in the lives of our legendary musicians. Jimi Hendrix finds himself in a red mood and Mr Cool Jazz, Miles Davis is caught in an outstanding purple light and contrasting dark shade. Edwin was one of the British born Chinese artists who presented The Year of Pig; Inside Out exhibition in Trocadero in Piccadilly in January 2007.

Things are getting better. Moved and no one bad knows where I moved to and changed my phone number. Starting to feel healthy a bit. Spent $50,000 on crack in a year and it took a tole on my body. But in good spirtis and staring anew. Thx John

bad shape Blade. off the dope but had to run thrupgh every cent I had first. Feel the fool,seriously considering suiside.I wish I hasd someone to send my prints and paintings to before. Addiction is a horrable thing. They say it is a desiese then treat you as a degernerate. In a real bad place right now. Few options. Hope the job is going well for you. I am quite lost. John

Some great work here Edwin, your style manages to combine detail with simple bold tones, very clever! I particualrly like "girl at window" and "heritage from within" I like the pigs! Clare x

sorry its been so long since i have been on ere so busy with well everything...... i guess thats not a bad thing.... hope ur well and being good... did u sell any work in ur gallery... i think u have great work.... not been doin anything/art for this site at the moment not had a chance but hopefully trying out a few new things for the next few months coming up.... anyway boy hows the weather down there...its so cold up ere ..... anyway let me know what u been up to and will speak to you soon... might be able to get back to u in a while but i will keep u updated... :o)

Merry Christmas to you too. Sitting here snorting hydrocodon and oxy powder, sure mellows out a christmas. I am excepting the fact I am a true dope fiend and will probably be for life. So big deal. At least I don't have MS like my buddy.Have lined upa few scrip writing doctors so I don't have to hustle for it on the street. Am getting excited again about life and have started working on my house. And hopefully will start creating images again. Have excepted that woman will always use me for sex. The curse of being halfway good looking and well indowd (big Johnson). I have married women that call me when their husband leaves the house so they can get some. Better than nothing i guess. It is a strange life I live. It would have killed most people but I am stronger thatn most. best to you and yours this Christmas.

hey boy ...sorry have been running around gettin the xmas shoppin left it all to the last minute... never doin that again...shops r a nightmare to many people goin nuts over just one day... course i wanna talk to ya boy ur my fav with that suit on. :o) i know its really cold ere am over in scotland at the moment and its like -5 after 6 at night and just abt gettin above 2 durin the day.... i know i need someone to come warm me up... r a good hot water bottle like... ooo i hate the cold but if it snowed all winter i would not mind as much but for the rain its sort of sucks big time... hope u have all your pressies got and tucked up with somehting warm... speak to ya really soon boy all my lovfe shazi :0)

awww i get them all the time can't even sit up and watch tv when i get it...really sore... just home from work not a bad day but stressful al the same.. i hope u get better soon just take it easy... ... now bad boy would nnot be the words i would use. lol....have not had time to do anymore work when i get home at night so tired and all... need a good relaxin lie down and pampered i thinks...lol.... speak soon. :o)
