BiographyMy name is Gena, I have been painting sense I was a wee little bit. I have taken many art classes and can pretty much use any medium and paint on any surface. I currently love doing whimsy folk art type art, but can do realism too. So, most my work you may see will be on the outsider folk art side. I love creating ACEO's/ATC's as these are an affordable art for collectors to collect. I have sold my art on ebay, Etsy and at art shows. I have sold my stuff here in the US, UK and Canada. I love a challenge and like to do many styles. I joined this group cause I thought it would be a neat way to meet new artist and see the different styles or what not and share our work or even trade/swap with one another. InterestsI love to paint, and to craft things. I am just all over the board when it comes to art. I generally keep busy during the day coming up with something new that I can offer to the public. I love painting animals,nature, and abstract designs. My own tuxedo cat and calico kitty, and my dogs and bird are often the inspiration for my animal paintings. Other then Painting Folk art with a whimsy side I love to paint Animals and nature. Oh, and I dabble a bit on photography :0)
MusicI really like all music. Big 80's fan. Love the Alternative music, some trance, world music, a little Opra even..but NO country! Grew up on that and well..don't want to hear it now.
FilmsI am a horror movie buff..love them.
