| Biography | I very much like color,design and texture. To me innovation is the key to being a great artist. The subject matter should be a product of imagination (innovation) as opposed to realism. Realism is what we see from day to day. What is most interesting is the minds ability to concieve a new creation, to open up the mind and senses to see a new dimension, a stimulus for new sensations of thought and feeling. It means to leave our prejudices and preconcieved notions behind and experience our future based on the unknown. |

Hi! Listen, I have about 6 months to prepare for my first solo show, and I was hoping you could assist me. I will need to have at least 30 paintings to display. If you could, with as much honesty as possible, please name 2 of my completed pieces that you feel I should definitely show. Also, please share 3 things with me, based on my current work, (remember be honest), that you would recommend to me for improving my art in general. Thanks. I have my "Mexican Portait" at the top of my stairs and I often stop and look at her, and I wonder about her life. She doesn't exist, but it feels as if I gave her a life once I painted her. Maybe she is a part of myself.
