Interests and Personality
| Biography | Jason Wohlfeil has been a hobbiest artist for over 12 years. Dabbling at first in wood working and wood turning, followed closely by leather working and leather tooling. Then in 2000, he found a teach for the basics of blacksmithing and bladesmithng. Since that time his art has been dramatically inspired. Winning 1st place in two categories in the Seattle VA "Veterans Art Show" and going to the national championships. Sadly though, this resulted in a new rule from VA Art Show BoD, one that dissallowed weapons to be accepted as art entries. He plans to re-enter the art show this next year without using weaponry, and hopes to take the national competitions as well. Although this is simply a hobby at this point in his life, he hopes that one day, his hobby can turn into a supporting role of his life. |
| Interests | Blacksmithing, Bladesmithing, Erotic Artwork, Metal Working, Leather tooling, leather work, Scrimshaw, Wood work, wood turning, Veterans of armed services, and oddly enough: computer and console gaming. |
| Music | Classic, Heavy Metal, Classic Rock, Contemporary, Grunge |
| Television | Heroes, Battlestar Gallactica, Wired for Sex, Mythbusters. |
| Books | The Chronicles of Narnia, I thought my Father was God, Lord of the rings triology, |
| Heroes | Any person that chooses their job for the act of service to the society for which they live in, those that make this sacrifice of themselves are truly the most heroic people I know, and each in their own way receives my admiration and respect. |

Hey Jason. Susie, one of the friends listed at your site, is ill. A get well letter would do her heart good and cheer her up a bit. We live in a world that does not apriciate art. We must care for eachother. So leave a post on her board if you have time. Put a smile on her face when she gets home from the hospital. L John TOX

Welcome Jason, glad to see a knifemaker here, looks like you know what your doing. Blade told me about you so saying hello. My husband and I have Killer Wail Music Studio where Pool of Piranhas are finishing up their recordings. I see you do scrimshaw too. I work with a lot of knifemakers, embellishing their knives in Florida here and beyond. I'm booked up at least 4 monthes with work but would love to get to know you and check out more of your knife work. Great to have you here. Are you a musician?
