I find a lot of his work too busy, not one of my favorites. Whe have teh Warhol museum here. It was his life that was art, in death most of his stuff is booring. I have never worked with gold leef but have knon those that do. john

I resorted to barking w/ contractors and saw results. Instead of the Ohm...I work on my 'woof', someday to paint again. Our friend, Ms Rios, says a little sugar goes a long way. I guess fruit smoothies at 10am made them want to fuck up. Too much sugar gone array. That is why I get to be smae?

You are right, I have not the subtalty for watercolor but love them. beyond my tallent. We all have limits. Am happy with mine. Things are getting better for me and not as over whelmed. The dope man called me today and I told him I am out of 'the life'. He took it gracisly(boy I cannot spell for shit) but I am sure he will try to lure me again. Working in the garden, riding my bike and trying to shot images again. Have hope I did not have 2 days ago. After two weeks straight had a slip up and went on a two day run, lost 10 pounds. Amazad at my comeback ability. I guess all those years as a fitness trainer has saved my life. Others my age would have stroked out or had a heart attack. Even my muscle returns. the human body is amazing. When I get high it is to the extrem, try to nullify my existance. Tonight full of food. I can buy real Amish butter here, at a real Itallian grocery! It is clarified and does not burn like ordinary butter when you cook with it. Do you have any Amish across the pond? If you hit them they cannot stike back, must turn the other cheek. And there produce is really organic without the hype. Love to you and yours, or as you say 'kith and kin'. John
