I know, it is not easy. I am dreaming all my life to make living only as an artist, but....I am still living on a 8-5 scedule and trying to keep the fire burning. I am getting ready for a show in New York this September, so I am running out of time. So far everything looks good!
My Best regards!
Lidia

Thanks ScenicEarth. "Emily" is actually my Great Grandmother. My self portrait is listed there. It is based on my profile pic. I already decided to do a lot more work on it anyway. Thanks for stopping by and for your thoughtful comments.

Yes I change my picture often.....cant help it. Yes I am in two galleries one where I am the featured artist right now for a City Museum and Art Gallery (I have 13 works there) so far the exhibit is making money for wildlife. I also have two more exhibits coming up one in San Diego. And eight works going to the fair always fun! Dont stop working in art.....even if you are looking for another job. I'll say a little prayer for you in that dept. God Will is the way to go! :)~Anita

Hi, thanks for stopping by. I am thinking that Sandspur Gallery is not there anymore, it doesn't sound familiar of hand. There are so many galleries in town, and my husband and I usually go on the First Friday Art Walks. Was it on a corner? I'll have to look it up on our local list. Anyway, it's nice to meet you.

Hi Rick. Nice works. The pelican party reminds me of the movie "The Birds" (that was the title I think). Can you imagine. Anyway, I'm just north of you in St. Augustine.
