It was a small tuna caught while sailing up to Taormina. My relative caught it and then baked it with anchovies, olives, breadcrumbs and fresh herbs... it was superb and so fresh, especially good with the wine too ;-)

Hi Siderium, having a great summer here. Been sailing to Sicily too and loved every minute. Its also been very hot and doesnt seem to want to rain yet, so the landscape is dry and crying out for some water. But thats summer eh and the easy life that comes with it is always welcome. What has the summer been like in the north of Italy? Have you travelled?
