BiographyEducation: Fine Arts School(Escuela de Bellas Artes)Medellin, Colombia. Fine Arts School( Ecole des Beaux Arts a Midi) Brussels, Belgium. Art Students League, New York City. I'm colombian, currently living in NYC. My creations combine figurative and abstract elements. I do mostly oil paintings but like also drawings of human body. My paintings try to be a little window to an experience, thought or idea where some meaning is suggested but there is also space for individual interpretation. When I look at your paintings I feel as if the colors touch me first and then the picture slowly focuses. A warmth radiates from your work. I believe it is the way you gently wash color upon the canvas then embed your figures therein. I am especially fond of "Chocolate".
