| Biography | My name is Dominique Landau. I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As beauty has no frontiers, however, I've been living in other countries as well: Mexico, USA, Italy, China and, since 2003, The Netherlands. I was very lucky to grow up in an artistic environment. From my first childhood my mother, Myra Landau, a painter well-known in Latin America, taught me how to see the essence of things. I graduated in Visual Arts at San Carlos Academy, Mexico City. The last decades I have been active in various fields: photography, graphic design, silkscreen, stained glass, and glass scuptures. I have been working as a freelance photographer for newspapers, magazines, and books. I had the privilege of exhibiting my Chinese pictures in the Dutch Central Bank in Amsterdam. I hope you will enjoy looking through my galleries.
