Interests and Personality
| Biography | Edna Dapo is an international artist who currently resides in Phoenix, AZ. She has lived in Croatia and Bosnia&Herzegovina through turbulent ex-Yugoslavian war, and left Dubrovnik, Croatia in 1997.
Edna’s art education was long and thorough. Art School Luka Sorkocevic in Dubrovnik, Croatia sharpened her drawing skills and ability to see. Undergraduate studies at Arizona State University (BFA in Painting, Summa Cum Laude) and graduate studies at Savannah College of Art and Design (MFA in Painting) prompted her to find her voice as an artist.
Edna has been painting for over fifteen years and has won numerous awards. Her work has been selected for NEW AMERICAN PAINTINGS, Volume 70. |
