How are you Cupcake? I moved myself, with the help of a woman! I changed my phone number and now the dealers don't know where I am or how to gethold of me. Deleted every bad phone number from my phone. Straight for over a week now. Putting weight back on, luck its muscle mass. 29 as a fitness trainer my body has muscle memory. Have never been so broke but it is OK. The monkey is finally off my back. You can do opiets for yrs and people don't even know but move to crack and the world falls apart. there are weeks I don't even remember. Have even got out of the pharmy business, used to sell a few pills but that brought me in contact with the crack people so had to drop that. So have to get a legal income going. Another new woman in my life. Not a sex addict but hate being alone. Luckily women have always found me attractive. I think it is my laze fare attitude. Going to start shooting before I start to paint again. My formal training has always been photo. It is amazing I have never been arrested. I provided secondary income for poor black folks by buying there prescriptions and reselling them to rich addicts. Walking into the places in the ghetto I use to go, always carried a blade no guns,and driving past the cops, really have been lucky in some ways. Well to sum it up life is getting better. hey K im in ! its facking 0 out supposed to snow again ,it was 24 a week ago ,this is more like spring COLD AND WET with warm sunny periods .birds wake at 430 am i love to hear them while the new sun comes .have been enjoying the out of doors lots to clean up after winter ,time to plant food etc for next year .just living one day at a time my roomate wants his house to himself so i will be staying in a trailer. from MAY to OCT i have many friends with properties so i can pick and choose when and where i stay. i will stay out in Stirling 313 eggleton rd ,my shop is there so are the BEES time to unwrap the HIVES let our little friends FREE to make more BEES and honey and WAX etc (((too cool))) the lady who sold my trailer tome says she and her Deceased hubby would camp on crown land ,21 day permits FREE many great spots with FREASH rainbow TROUT,wild leaks .artichoke roots,potatoe like, some melva (mallow) for salad ,and who needs a supermarket ? strawberries, wild asparagus ,and many more great munchies,have you tied purple Vetch pea family sweeet treat ,with wild raspberries feel free to come and join me! your the only part Missing ? funny how that is eh? just like many others Swirl thinks you would be a great Camper,dont forget the PASTELS well Special K !thanks for being you ,will be back soon, love your Swirly man ! xxxxxxxxooooooo X

Really depreses today. Cleaning my system of all the "stuff" amd am sick. Send me something sweet to cheer me up. My mew pic is of John, I picked him up off the streets where he was doigh old men for dope money. He was 15. Sponsered him in AA for 10 yrs and he became a wealthy dimond broker. maried a girl from London that was staying with me. They found hin in a hotel room, "h". He was a son to me and I still miss him. The picture i put up is when he was at his happiest. The way I like to remember him. I don't know if I told you but I had to vist him once when they were talking about amputating his arms because of the abcesses. A little kid snuck into the room and the orderly hit him up in the juggler. The horrors of life. Am listing my house tomorrow and moveing out of this nieghtborhood. Two blocks to the bar where the 'man, hangs out. Don't need that sort of temtation. Send me somethng cheerie please. Am alone and isolated. The worst of dope sick is the depression. Sorry for the same old shit but fight it the best I can and feel like a punk for letting it rule me. L John

You cannot even imagen the places I have been. I will say one thing. If it is 4 AM and you are the only whiteboy in the room of 20 smoking hard there is no whay of dening you have a problem. No amount of rationalization can jump that.
Tonight I am full of good food, straight and hopefull. Am thnking about writing a book. The guy that wrote that phony "Thousand little Pieces ' has nothin on me.

From my life i have leard compation and not to judge. I met my best friend in AA he got sober went to cllege and graduated cum lada in the classics,Greek and latin. Got his law degree, got married and at 10 year decided to have wine with dinner. Now when I see him he is near comotose by mixing methadomne,xanex and promethazine. I cry and kiss him on his forhead. My mothe cries when she sees him. A glss of wine and the door was opened. I have stayd his friend. You do not desert friends when they are down or you are not worth a shit. Hope I have not said too much. This is a safe place for me to talk because I am just an internet entity. Our pths will not cross on the street. L john
