| Biography | I grew up in Sydney,and come from a family of builders and carpenters. Ive been creative most of my life, but mainly with pottery, some timber/craftwood work, photography, sewing and leadlight or stained glass.
Basically, if I see it, I HAVE to give it a go. I started painting 3 years ago after my second child left home. It started as a time filler, and I quickly realized how healing it was on many levels.
** A lot of people wonder if I have 'had anything' when I have painted most of my recent artworks, and the answer is no. really!
I have owned a couple of businesses (pottery & leadlight) but self employment has more disadvantages sometimes. |
| Interests | I love the garden - bromeliads are the specialty.
I make glass beaded curtains in my 'spare time' and visit the botanical gardens with my daughter whenever we can. |
| Music | I like most music to a certain extent but favourites are still old school Pink Floyd, Moody Blues, Led Zep etc. |
| Films | I like old black and whites and usually paint when I am watching them.
I love a good thriller or suspense. |
| Television | Documentaries, Comedy chanel but dont watch much. |
| Books | Biographies or Auto's. |
